We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administration Coordinator, working closely with the Business Administration Manager and Administration Team. You will play a vital role in improving the systems and supporting all areas of the business. Based in the Hasland area of Chesterfield, this is a flexible role, working around school hours, 20 to 30 hours per week.

Duties –

  • Updating the ERP system (Sage 200) with correct and reliable information (e.g. part numbers, customer details, etc).
  • Support with general administration duties
  • Maintaining scanning and filing systems
  • General finance support (e.g. matching despatch notes and invoices)

What we are looking for –

  • Experience in an administrative, office management or operational support role, ideally previously in a manufacturing environment
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Previous experience using an MRP/ERP system and Accounting systems is preferrable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
