East Midlands Recruitment is not a conventional agency. The candidate vetting is intensive and tailored to the business and role in question. This is the only agency I am aware of that uses behavioural profiling as standard in the recruitment process. This is not a ‘bums on seats’ business model but a quality recruitment service.
We have retained all of the personnel that were put forward to us as EMR took the time to ensure a good cultural fit. The candidates themselves are very complimentary of the service they receive too. This goes beyond the standard worker/agency relationship to create a true bond with their people.
From a client perspective, the whole EMR team have worked continually to understand and anticipate our needs over the years. Selecting the right candidate with the right skills and attitude has saved us time in terms of training and enabled a quick integration into the team. Without this degree of vetting, we could end up with somebody who is not suited to the role and that is not good for us or the candidate.
