We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, for Assembly Operatives. Based in Hinckley, these are temporary to permanent roles, starting immediately

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and practical minded individuals, working in the company’s Finishing Department.

Duties –

-The duties are varied and will depend upon what work is within the business at any one time.

-Typically, the role will require unpacking products / components, cleaning / prepping prior to painting, loading to jigs.

• Once parts have been spray painted the role will include to de-jigging / masking, inspect to set standards, repack goods to customer specifications.

-Other duties will include some simple / light assembly and kitting / bagging of components.

-As skills and experience develop you would be expected to play a leading role in the day to day operation of paint spraying and the finishing of customer’s products

• Willingness to work overtime as required
• A suitable applicant would be somebody who has worked on small batch production environments, ideally in assembly or a detailed packaging role. The role requires dexterity and a flexible work attitude.

What’s in it for you –

• Working Monday – Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm
• Pay starts at £13.00 but will increase with further training
• Temporary to Permanent role
